You are entitled to register for the WOW talks subject to the terms and conditions herein.

All pre-registered participants will be entitled for the lucky draw session held at the WOW Talks session and winners of the lucky draw will be digitally pre-drawn. The Organiser reserves the right to change the prizes to other prizes of the same value at any point of time without prior notice. The prizes are non-transferable and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for any other form, i.e. cash, goods, credit or services in part or in full. Pictures of the prizes shown in the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ from the pictures shown.

No cancellation will be accepted once the confirmation slip is issued. You may appoint your replacement for the WOW Talks by serving a written notification to the Organizer at least five (5) working days prior to the said Business Seminar date.

If, any of the WOW Talks is not capable of being organized as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify the WOW Talks, postpone, terminate or cancel the WOW Talks, as the Organizer deems fit and appropriate by serving you a prior written notice. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any losses and/or damages incurred by you due to the modification, postponement, termination or cancellation of any of the WOW Talks.

All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by the Organizer in connection with the WOW Talks are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication and/or distribution are strictly prohibited.

In view of the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, by registering for the Business Seminars, you hereby expressly grant the Organizer and its affiliates, partners and/or advertisers the permission to use and process your personal data including (but not limited to) name, contact information and/or photographs (collectively, “Personal Data”) for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, notification or permission.

By registering for the WOW Talks, workshops, contests and activities held in conjunction with Star Women's Fiesta, you hereby allow and consent to the collection and process of the Personal Data by the Organizer and its affiliates, partners and/or advertisers. You also agree to receive the latest information about products, news and events updates, rewards and promotions, special privileges and initiatives from the Organizer and its affiliates, partners and /or advertisers.

You may from time to time contact +603-7967 1388 ext 1432 or 1477, to: (i) obtain a copy of your Personal Data held by the Organizer; (ii) correct or amend any incorrect Personal Data held by the Organizer; or (iii) withdraw your consent to the use/process of your Personal Data by the Organizer, its affiliates, partners and/or advertisers. All costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred or to be incurred in relation to the WOW Talks, which shall include but not limited to the costs of transportation, accommodation, email, postage/courier and/or any other costs, shall be borne separately by you.

You shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from your participation in the WOW Talks. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by you as a result of the Business Seminars.
