    Confirmation Details

  1. Following receipt of payment, a confirmation notice will be issued. If you do not receive the email within three (3) working days from the date of registration, please contact our customer support team at +603-7967 1388 ext 1187 or email
  2. Indemnity

  3. Should for any reason beyond the control of Star Media Group Berhad that the event venue or instructors be changed, or if the event is called off due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser shall endeavour to re-schedule but the participant(s) hereby indemnifies and holds the Organiser not liable for any and all costs, damages and expenses.
  4. Terms & Conditions

  5. Entry fees are inclusive of refreshments & related course materials. Upon completion and receipt of the Registration Form, full payment is mandatory at least 7 days before the event date to confirm participation.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event no less than 7 days prior to the event. Should the Organiser cancel the event for any reason whatsoever and provided the event is not postponed to a later date, registered participants shall be issued a full refund.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the course, venue and instructors if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
  8. Data Protection

  9. By signing up for this event, participants give their consent for their database to be used and passed to selected third parties by the Organisers to assist in communicating information which may be deemed to be of suitable interest to the participant.
  10. Copyrights

  11. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by the Organiser are expressively reserved and any unauthorised duplications, publications or distributions are strictly prohibited.
  12. Upon receipt of the participant's registration form, he/she hereby consents for the Organiser to keep his/her details, event photos and other materials related to the event for use in future marketing activities carried out by the Organiser.
  13. By signing up for this event, participants agree that this indemnity is valid, binding and enforceable; and participants have no basis to make any improper, disputed or unauthorised claim for any form of payment under this contract at anytime.
  14. Appointment of Replacement and No Refund

  15. No cancellation will be accepted once the confirmation notice is issued. A participant may appoint his/her replacement for the event by serving a written notification to the Organiser at least five (5) business days prior the said event date. Any request for replacement made after the prescribed timeline will not be entertained.
  16. The entry fees paid will not be refunded if the participant or his/her replacement (as the case may be) does not appear on the event date.
